Serves 6.
Ingredients:
- 1.5kg monkfish
- 200g fresh cream
- 150g slivered almonds
- 100g coconut oil
- 100g green onions
- 2 yoghurts
- 1 T sugar
- 1 t curry powder
- 1/4 t cinnamon powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Method:
Cut the fish in pieces of roughly 100g.
Fry the onions in the coconut oil. Cook for 10 minutes.
Add the fish, cinnamon, curry, salt, pepper and cream.
Cook for a further 10 minutes until the water from the fish has evaporated.
Add the rest of the ingredients, check seasoning and simmer for 10 more minutes.
Serve with rice.
