A quick treat. Use for sweet or savoury - they work well as wraps, enjoy!
Makes 8 galettes
Ingredients:
- 375ml whole milk
- 3 medium sized eggs
- 200g buckwheat flour
- olive oil for the pan
Method:
Mix all the ingredients in a glass blender or with a Bamix. Let the dough stand at room temperature for 30min or up to an hour. before making the crêpes in a hot pan.
