Quick, easy and tasty salmon

Serves 2.

Ingredients:
  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 T olive oil
  • 1 T Muscovado sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method:

Mix dry ingredients together.
Dip top of salmon fillets into the dry mix.
Heat up olive oil, add fillets on the skin side.
Sauté for about 5 minutes.
Turn over for 2-3 minutes.
Turn fillets on their sides, flip over and then sprinkle left over seasoning.
Turn over once again (to caramelise), then serve.
