The list of ingredients is daunting but totally worth it for the taste especially that there is no added salt apart from the parmesan which can be left out.
Ingredients:
- Chickpeas
- Red pepper
- Celery leaves
- Shallots
- Garlic
- Parsley
- Parmesan cheese, finely grated
- Nutritional yeast
- Lupin flour
- Whole egg
- Flax egg
- Tomato purée
- Cayenne pepper
- Black pepper
- Cumin
- Ground coriander
- Paprika
- Mixed herbs
- Tandoori masala
- Mustard powder
- Olive oil
Method:
Blend all the ingredients together and form small balls. Bake for about 30min at 180C.
