Chickpea veggie balls

The list of ingredients is daunting but totally worth it for the taste especially that there is no added salt apart from the parmesan which can be left out.


Ingredients:
  • Chickpeas
  • Red pepper
  • Celery leaves
  • Shallots
  • Garlic
  • Parsley
  • Parmesan cheese, finely grated
  • Nutritional yeast
  • Lupin flour 
  • Whole egg
  • Flax egg
  • Tomato purée
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Black pepper
  • Cumin
  • Ground coriander
  • Paprika
  • Mixed herbs
  • Tandoori masala
  • Mustard powder
  • Olive oil

Method:

Blend all the ingredients together and form small balls. Bake for about 30min at 180C.
