Spinach and mushroom quiche

 A basic quiche recipe.



Ingredients:

  • 1 roll of puff pastry
  • 500g spinach
  • 200g mushrooms
  • 100g ricotta
  • grated cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 125mL milk
  • pinch nutmeg

Method:

Cook the spinach and mushrooms together. Place the puff pastry in a quiche dish. Fill it with a layer of spinach and mushrooms, then a layer of ricotta and a layer of grated cheese.

Break the eggs in a shaker, add the milk and nutmeg and shake. Pour the mixture on the quiche.

Bake for 30min at 180C.
