Almond flour crust for sweet desserts

I use this almond crust in place of a biscuit crust for cheesecakes... it has a much lower sugar content than bought biscuits and is delicious!

 Ingredients:

  • 200g almond powder
  • 25g sugar
  • 40g melted butter

Method:

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Mix everything and press into 20-22cm springform pan. 
Bake for about 15min until lightly golden brown. 
Cool completely before adding filling.
