Waffles

Quick & easy to make... Enjoy your waffles dusted with icing sugar or drizzle with honey or your favourite jam.

Ingredients:

  • 200g flour
  • 10g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 20g butter
  • 25cl milk

Method:

Sift the flour into a large bowl and add the sugar, the egg yolks and the softened butter.
Add the milk little by little, mixing well each time to avoid making lumps.
Beat the egg whites until stiff with a pinch of salt and delicately fold into the batter.
Proceed to make the waffles according to the instructions of your waffle maker.
