Crustless quiche lorraine

From the Lorraine region.

Ingredients:
  • 80g bacon, chopped and cooked
  • 80g grated cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 spring onions, chopped
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 T chopped parsley

Method:

Mix in a bowl the eggs, milk and cream. Stir in the remaining ingredients, and pour into a quiche pan. Cook for 20-25min on 180C until the custard is firm. Let it stand 2min before slicing and serving.
