Ingredients:
- Broccoli
- Peas
- Courgette
- Spinach
- Onion (optional)
- Garlic
- Black pepper
Method:
Fry the onion (optional). Then add all the green veggies in equal proportions (or change the proportions to what you have on hand), cover with water and cook on low heat. Add the garlic and black pepper before blending the soup until smooth.
