Serves 3. Super easy recipe from my daughter who learned to make this dish from the household cook, Đinh, when she was on holiday in Hanoi.
Ingredients:
- 3 instant noodles (in sachets)
- 100g pork or chicken
- 30g green pepper
- 10g spring onion
- 1 T oyster sauce
- 2 T oil
- 50g cashew nuts
- Salt
- Pepper
Method:
Put the instant noodles into boiling water for 3min, then drain.
Slice chicken into strips and add salt and pepper.
Slice the green pepper and spring onion.
Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan or wok and add the chicken. Stir fry for a few minutes before adding the green pepper.
In a bigger pan or a wok, heat up a tablespoon of oil and stir fry the noodles. Add in the oyster sauce, mix well.
Before serving, sprinkle with the spring onion and cashew nuts.
